This Morane-Saulnier MS-506L Criquet is a french built version of the german Fieseler Fi 156 Storch. The aircraft was built after WWII in the Morane-Saulnier factory at Puteaux in France. During WWII - starting in 1942 - Morane-Saulnier was one of the production location of the orginal Fieseler Fi 156 Storch aircraft.

Note:
This Slepcev Storch is a 3/4 scale version of the original Fieseler Fi 156 Storch. It was built by Storch Aviation in Novi Sad, Serbia. The original Fieseler Storch was designed in 1936 in Germany by Dr. Gerhard Fieseler. It played an important role for the German Luftwaffe in WWII as a reconnaissance utility and personnel carrying aircraft.
