The Nanchang CJ-6A is a two-seat primary trainer aircraft of the People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF), China. The aircraft is designed and built in China, and not a chinese version of the Yakovlev Yak-18A. The CJ-6A is powered by a 285 hp Zhuzhou Huosai HS-6A radial piston engine.
